Bridge Fishing Lodge provides holiday accommodation, a conference venue, a restaurant, fly fishing and other outdoor adventure activities on the banks of the Tongariro River in Turangi, at the foot of the Tongariro National Park, at Lake Taupo New Zealand (NZ).

Bridge Fishing Lodge sits on the banks of the stunning Tongariro River just by the bridge on State Highway One and though convenient to the road the lodge has a charming rural atmosphere. The nearby river weaves its way through gravel shoals providing numerous pools for spawning trout to rest in as they make their way up-river. The presence of the river provides peace and tranquility to the area though it can be exciting when on the rare occasion the river becomes super charged with flood water.

Our comfortable accommodation consists of 24 rooms and 7 self-contained apartments that nestle the river bank and are serviced daily and by friendly and professional staff who will ensure your stay with us is as unique and memorable as the location.
